About me
13+ years of digital marketing experience have lead to a keen eye for details and strong analytical skills, spotting potential insights and opportunities while keeping the strategy and larger business goals in mind. This mindset has driven my determination and passion in not only optimising the performance and growing the activity, but also improving the efficiency in operations. As a MacGyver of SEM I have often used my Excel skills to create MPV solutions to simplify/automate and scale operations. As a Product Manager I have lead the agile environment of the team using a higher level of technical skills to improve these scalable/automated solutions, working towards a more end to end road map. This role requires a high level of communication with all stakeholders, identifying business requirements, leading the development of the product, and showcasing/managing its release. As a marketing manager I have managed activity in a number of PPC channels and have had to communicate, align and understand many of the channels they run alongside. I have worked with a wide range of clients, over various verticals, with small and large budgets. Collaboration has been a huge key factor in all my roles in both what and who communications are made to.

    Joining Aion Bank to scale up and expand operations for membership and loans activity for both retail and SME to further markets in Europe. The accounts were initially restructured to improve targeting in all languages (French, Dutch, English) and imrove segmentation for better optimsation. Reviewing the setup in tracking I looked to also improve transparency of the quality in user and efficiency in bidding strategy.

    On entering ATFX I took control of the EU and LATAM SEM activity immediately implementing a full restructure over the 5 languages covered by the website. After the 1st quarter I had achieved an increase in clicks (186.0%), leads (338.1%), and account applications (140.0%) with lower CPC (40.4%), CPL (61.1%) and CPA, (29.0%). The quality of these conversions saw a 72.0% improvement in the lead validity rate and 17.4% rise in account approval rate. Alongside this I expanded the activity to other channels and optimised the bau operations. Outside my department I overlooked the DPS activity and supported any analytics requirements of data extraction, reporting and reviewing the data collected any its process.
