About me
Born and raised in Wales. Schooled in Lincolnshire. Professionally tuned in London and New York. Over the past decade I have held positions at a variety of widely recognised creative outfits. My craft spans various disciplines, including digital, print, branding, illustration, art direction, user experience, fashion design and creative writing. I’ve enjoyed an increasingly eclectic client base — from fashion to football, to start-ups and multi-nationals. I've had projects recognised by the likes of D&AD, Creative Review, Vice, iD Magazine, It's Nice That and Design Week. My final gig in UK (for now) was to help create and grow the London arm of Code and Theory. We began as a four, and after an intense year we were fielding a talented team of twenty. It was at this point I hopped across the pond to join the guys in the USA. I spent a year in the New York studio before deciding to dust off my freelance underpants and slide back into them. I can currently be found in London working on a handful of passion projects and contracts in-between, with a view to move to Los Angeles in January. My work spans various disciplines, including digital, print, branding, illustration, art direction, user experience, fashion design and creative writing. I’ve enjoyed an increasingly eclectic client base — from fashion to football, to start-ups and multi-nationals. Client Experience — Asics, American Express, BBC, CBS, DSquared2, Fendi, Ford, French Connection, Google, Hiscox, Hugo Boss, Manchester City, Microsoft, Moët Hennessy, Mulberry, Nike, Red Bull, Scholastic, Skype, Soho House, Swarovski, Tommy Hilfiger, Topshop, Valentino, Virgin Racing, Yahoo!
Projects
  • NBA
NBAConcept re-design of the NBA.com. Since moving to America I have reignited my love for basketball, which I hadn't had any interest in since the Space Jam and Muggsy Bogues era. In the right rail the user can change the topics of what the quick news feed is focussing on, and even if you wish for it to be the entire NBA or just your team, whilst browsing. The left being more curated and long form magazine style content and video. I have created a rich environment, but although a concept have maintained an achievable realistic result, with UX and responsive grid behaviours considered throughout.
