I was responsible for the UX and UI of the company, supporting and taking care of 12+ brands. Creating design systems and working with a Head of the Front End on new and existing features of the company’s platform called “Yogi”. The platform was both B2B and B2C - I worked with companies like - Bauer Media, ITV, Fremantle for their brands: Love Island, Britain Got Talent, Take Me Out - to name just a few.
Working with UX researchers to find solutions and check hypotheses with tests. Being a part of the researcher’s workshops.
Owning “future vision” - R&D project about new features and products. Looking for “what’s next” and how to improve products. I was generating new ideas prototyping, testing, and pitching them.
Being one of the key parts of the gamification and framework redesign projects - project time - about a year. In the first one, we implemented gamification features on our platform. In the second one, we’ve rebuilt our platform from scratch: visual layer, in-house CMS, personalization, and CRM integrations.
Mentoring a team of three. Doing one-to-one, quarterly performance reviews and hiring new team members. Assisted other seniors during the interview process.
I worked under the direct supervision of the Chief Product Officer and interacted with C level stakeholders, keeping good relations and information flow with other seniors.

I created a lottery product from scratch, working with Creative Director and CTO. This product design involved - market research, product definition, information architecture, wireframing, Lo-Fi GUI, usability testing, full simulation prototype (Axure), test reports and documentation for developers.
Worked on BAU projects like Mobile Verification, KYC / EKYC, User panel improvements, on-boarding experience to name just a few.
I established future UX standards in the company. Worked on defining design-development pipeline with Product Managers <-> Developers <-> Designers <-> Stakeholders.
