Campaign artwork, and direction. Collaborating with design agency Pentagram to develop and integrate the theatres new identity. Responsible for managing all design related material including redesign of the new programme, imagery, season brochure and motion based advertising.
Initially working in digital and later integrated with print, within the theatres design studio. Assets include, show artwork animation, internal projections, screens, trailer idents, social GIFs, rich media advertising, takeovers, landing pages, and interface for digital applications. Print collateral includes show merchandise, wide format, posters and invitations.
Photography, magazine layout and design. The position encouraged a creative attitude within a vibrant work environment. Development of a new template, branding as well as promotional print and online advertising material was part of the position.
Designing consumer magazines across a broad portfolio. Responsibilities include layout, illustration and creative design for a range of high street publications, including the launch of a new weekly automotive title, Classic Car Buyer with circulation of over 100,000 copies per month.
Postgraduate research into theory, form, presentation, and practice to express visual communication. My body of new research, ‘Synaesthesia’, visualized the truly fascinating condition. The projects concept communicated sound into a visual identity through a vibrational installation. The unique concept was seen as transformation between the origin, sound, a three dimensional catalyst and a two dimensional output. Cumulating in sonically formed screen printed pieces of artwork, which have been further exhibited in Berlin (129 Gallery, March 2012).
