About me
I am a creative and strategic senior leader successfully operating in the world of design, experience and technology for more than 25 years - I have built and led high-performing teams on some of the world’s most iconic brands in both a client-side and agency-side capacity. I retain a passion for great design, in all its guises, and a constant hunger to understand and shape what’s next. I believe holistic design thinking is finally landing as a business imperative and the convergence of UX and service design is a priority.
My own success has come from an ability to combine an empathetic but demanding leadership style with a track record of consistently delivering award-winning experiences that have generated both enormous human engagement and significant commercial return.

I connected brands with technologies that solve real life problems. And by blending online and offline experience with internal culture and process helped create products, services and communications that people love - customers and employees alike.
I led the Customer Experience practice within Tribal, that consisted of UX and Visual designers, Researchers, BAs and CX Strategists.
I worked with Volkswagen UK, SKODA, GSK, Brit Insurance, SEAT, Johnson&Johnson, Biogen and VIA Outlets directly, developing client relationships at the most senior levels of the businesses. I helped develop CX strategies on most, as well as leading CX and Service Design for all of them - across their digital and physical touch points.
