About me
A creative, energetic, critical thinker, who is very hard working and reliable. I enjoy working to deadlines and focus driven, always thinking ahead and adaptable to changes. During my degree, I have developed new technical and analytical skills in a variety of aspects within the film and television role such as being able to use a wide range of technical equipment, including professional cinematography camcorders and editing. I have lots of experience working on a number of television and theatre projects, being part of a team and demonstrating an ability to follow artistic direction and the physical capability required on a professional production set. I am comfortable filming on-location and outside the studio.
In my free time I enjoy making short videos to promote cultural awareness and current issues and then posting them online. Topics I have touched on include rape, children of the war and disability. During lockdown, I made a short film illustrating the hardships of those fasting during Ramadan, through the Covid-19 crisis.
