About me
I'm a freelance writer, editorial assistant and zine maker found somewhere between Bristol and London. I graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2015, studying English Literature and Creative Writing before transitioning into magazines. A couple of which are actually available in real-life shops. My key interests are indie publishing, radical culture, and ways in which popular culture can intersect with politics, activism, class, and society around us.
I'm currently working as an editorial assistant for a startup magazine called Us of America, following a four-month stint interning at Huck Magazine, for which I remain a freelance contributor. I'm also a regular freelance contributor to Little White Lies, The Quietus and The Big Picture. Prior to that I was an editorial assistant for Formula Life, a fashion and sports magazine, and prior to that I spent a year as editor of Venue, the arts and culture magazine attached to the University of East Anglia's Concrete newspaper.
