-Directly contributed to rebuilding the whole website, content-wise (work included: repurposing existing content, coming up with different angles to better presenting both products and services).
-Established working relationship with key personnel such as Quality Assurance Analysts and ran interviews with stakeholders (further on used for case studies and blog posts).
