• MY PORTFOLIO - GRAPHIC DESIGNWhat is meditation for me? Meditation is relaxation. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de-concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on one thing, but instead on becoming thoughtless. Its beneficts are a calm mind, rejuvenation of the mind and body, good concentration, better clarity and improved communication. I have designed this logo for a Spanish meditation and yoga company using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
