About me
As Principle of Studio AS for 20 years and Design Consultant for Innovare Design for over 10 years, I have created successful brand stories and designs that connect with customers and enhance the overall experience. Working collaboratively with my clients, I form detailed briefs based on insights into the brand through customer, product and operational research. I work closely with the interiors team and deliver specific visual merchandising and environmental graphics that ensure the brand maps into the built space and incorporates seamlessly into the customer journey. I enjoy working with clients who look to design an end to end experience that resonates with the customer at every touchpoint. Several of my clients have won awards as a result of the projects produced for them.

    Mali Morris: PaintingCommisioned by the artist and working in close collaboration with the Royal Academy editorial and production team. This book is the first to present the full range of Morris’s stunning paintings, alongside an insightful essay by Sam Cornish that evaluates the influence and importance of her work, an illustrated chronology, and a preface by the art historian Mel Gooding.

    BanconeThe vision of ex-Locanda Locatelli chef Louis Korovilas, Bancone is a pasta specialist – signalled before you even enter, thanks to the kitchen team hand-rolling dough in the front window. The theatrical element then continues inside, courtesy of an open kitchen and a dining counter. The creation of the Bancone identity reflects a combination of both traditional dishes and new creations pushing culinary boundaries with integrity and passion.

    ClogauAfter leading a review of retail operations, across a multi-channel environment, it was possible to unwrap the strengths and opportunities of the brand and its identity. The result of bringing clarity to the brand stories and product categories was the creation of a scalable and compelling new in-store customer experience, which also led to a 20% increase in sales following the refitted Cardiff flagship store.
