About me
Since leaving university, I have had a pivotal role in a production house start up. The necessity to multi role within a small company has ensured my ability to learn and adapt to new environments quickly.
I have consistently worked from the age of 16 and have honed skills particularly in customer service as I have worked in telephone based fundraising and also been working I childcare and with young adults in a performance environment. As a result I have learnt to handle difficult situations with clients, customers and people aged zero to eighty. I pride myself on the ability to negotiate tricky situations and leave people with a smile.
