My role at Shentongroup has been varied across many parts of the business. I initially started within the role of business development, actively finding new leads and new clients to work with on current and future projects. I would chase the status of projects and reach out and offer our assistance on any upcoming works we could be involved in. I currently work between the Sales department and Project Management. I continue to help with the lead generation and building client relationships within sales but I now take on responsibility within projects to help with hand overs, procurement and strategy planning. I have a great ability to build rapport with clients and in turn have had them specify us for any future projects they may have. I am very experienced in consulting new clients to find their business needs and how we can best assist them. My experience in operational work is also vast and I have gathered a lot of helpful knowledge from the different industries I have worked in. I have enjoyed my time here immensely due to an amazing working environment and a lovely set of people I have been lucky enough to work with. I am now looking for a new opportunity in something I am passionate about and something that can help me progress career wise but also personally.

From June to October I moved to Rhodes in Greece to work for some of the summer months. I worked for an entertainment company as a singer travelling around different hotels on the island. It was a great experience livng and working abroad and I learnt a lot but most importantly had a great few months in a beautiful place.
