•Supporting the Head of Events to plan and deliver a busy event calendar. •Planning and facilitating events for the B2B, B2C Marketing, PR and Sales teams for clients. •Overseeing all aspects of event management and production, including logistics, supplier management, AV, delegate management, post-event reporting and more. •Coordinating detailed travel arrangements and itineraries as well as meetings and event planning on behalf of the client team. •Organise and participate in admin team meetings/events. •PR: writing press releases pitches and assist in all pre- event preparation. •Administrative: Adeptly handle administrative matters including screening calls, composing documents faxing, filling and organizing offices for efficiency.
•Produce detailed proposals for events with the ability to ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery. •Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements; •Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships. •Travelling to onsite inspections and assisting with on the day project management. •Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. •Preparation of agendas for meetings and schedules, attend and take minutes as required.
• Edit with minimal script supervision. • Create and edit video content into compelling storytelling. • Serve as on-set videographer during location shoots and other events. • Worked within the Programme Office and was responsible for the entire co-ordination and tracking of project processes. • Execute sound treatments including music editing, mixing and audio. • Ensure all work produced is of a high quality, taking responsibility for the consistency, deadline management, accuracy and quality. • Writing purchase orders, signing off and process invoices for payment. • Compile estimates and reconcile projects when complete.
