About me

I have over 11 years of experience with Customer Experiences driven by Omni-Channel Content and Commerce solutions. I focus on online conversion-centric design and behavioural psychology to persuade and drive conversion. I specialise in the discovery and definition of projects for content management and commerce platforms with a proven track record of growth in strategic accounts and revenue streams within global enterprises. During implementation, I own the end-to-end product delivery and I have worked on websites and applications using a mobile first and responsive approach that span across hand-held devices, wearable’s and retail kiosks. My experience touches on social media, analytics, applications that leverage personalized content and user experiences that optimize customer retention to increase sales. I have worked with agencies and consultancies to develop digital capabilities for companies with over $3bn turnover and clients in 20+ industries, including 70 of the top 100 Fortune 500 companies. I have also contributed to the largest and fastest-growing digital agency network, according to Ad Age 2016, recognised as a leader and ranked highest among competitors in Forrester Wave: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2015.
