Hi, my name is Aimee and I am 20. Currently situated within the south west as a junior designer I am a passionate, open-minded creative. I have a strong passion for all things design and have always had an eye for the smaller details. My style would be described as simple yet luxurious but I am constantly striving to improve my design and try out new styles and skills.

Digital marketingThe Future Design Trade show

I was the digital marketing director for the Future Design Trade show. This meant creating Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook content allowing us to gain followers and interact with people interested in coming to the show as both exhibitors and guests. By creating these posts it allowed me to improve my digital skills as I had to create graphics content as well as planning out the feed to make sure everything was cohesive, which I think is a good example to how I have an eye for detail.

Work experience at Fruition allowed me to learn how a professional environment works and taught me a lot of professional skills. I was able to improve my communication skills from ordering products and samples over the phone, my research skill improved by finding furniture pieces for projects and curating tear sheets for the client to see and it also allowed my concept board skills to improve by having to create a range of concept boards for a client.
