Currently on maternity leave. Personable and proactive by nature, I am a client-facing Project Manager with experience in the creative industry. Whilst maintaining practical business ethics, I always strive to bring strategic instincts with a professional approach and savvy organisational skills. Whether I am working on large or small scale projects, I am always hardworking with an eye for detail and affinity for language. I am positive and solution focused under pressure and comfortable working to deadlines. I am a qualified yoga teacher and passionate about design, communication and wellness. I am also a keen traveller and spent 7 months travelling in Canada and the USA in 2015 before moving to Australia.

The Light Collective is a Yoga and Meditation School that hosts events, retreats and trainings. I acted as the primary Project Manger, Copywriter and Brand Guardian.
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Online & Social Media marketing
• Managing client and community relations
• Event logistics, communications and management
• Copywriting
• Customer sales
• Liaising with suppliers
• Managing customer surveys
I managed and created the content for the Social Media channels with a growth of approximately 20% on Instagram over 6 months. Events and workshops were consistently sold out within a couple of months of me joining, and we were able to increase the number of multi-day trainings from once every 2 months to once a month, whilst developing new trainings and workshops. My position grew to managing creative interns and realising new opportunities with aligned brands and events including TOM Organic, Wanderlust festival and Storm & India.

I led the renovation and running of two cottages on a working farm, including all sales, bookkeeping and marketing. My experience as a Project Manager was highly beneficial when managing contractors, negotiating quotes and terms of service, along with building key relationships with both service providers and cottage guests. The business grew to become a popular farm-stay destination with 5-star reviews, repeat customers and from an initial 0% occupancy rate to an average 95% weekend occupancy within 2 months, which remained consistent throughout the seasons.
