- Advice the Operation Director as to how many vehicles to rent for the festival and what type based on information in artist contracts / hospitality riders
- Create driver schedule, dispatch accordingly
- Ensure that a member of the transport team is present to greet artists, journalist and international delegates at the Montreal airport
- Oversee all the driver during the festival; inform them of any scheduling changes, deal with last minute changes in a professional manner; ensure that all artist pick-ups and drop offs are carried out smoothly
- Make sure we don't break the transportation budget
