  • • Float & safe declaration to ensure that each till has the correct amount and safe balances to the proposed amount. • Safe counting to ensure that the total reconciles to previous days. • Assisting the recruitment officer with recruitment tasks. • Handling of large sums of money • Assist and support the store, solving technical issues with the Superdry cash management system. • Learning all cash transaction processes from the start of day/trading hours to store closing/ cashing up at the end of the day. • Updating the reports hourly for head office/ management. • Discrepancies –Recording any discrepancies throughout the day and investigate and cash discrepancies. • Keeping the documents for 150+ staff in the Regent store up-to date. • Ordering stationary for all members of the Superdry offices, commercial items for the offices/ store. • Maintaining the stock deliveries for everyday use in the store. (Access cards/ promotion/ till rolls/ sizing labels/ sale POS/ VAT forms. • Liaising with engineers on technical issues which are out of our control. • Customer queries and stock checks over the phones. • Till reconciliation and tender pickups during the trading hours. • Liaising with LP security (Loss and Prevention officers).
