About me
As someone with opinions and a love for writing, there was never another career that called to me as much as journalism. All of the sports days, bunsen burners and quadratic equations could never compare to the feeling of methodically arranging my colourful thoughts into words. I am an individual with the capability to create and design. I have always loved the creative sector and hold myself responsible for navigating my ambitious mindset into everything I do. I am a high achiever, born a try-hard and a lover of detail. Though I have always aimed high for my future career, I believe that the losses are as important as the wins. I will always dip my toes into anything that ignites a slight fire within me. My recent endeavour as Editor-in-Chief at Kerosene Magazine has urged me to follow my positive attributes and find my voice. I hope to carry my developed design skills and ability to open conversations throughout my future career. I am a timely, sociable and positive team player who can also work independently. Throughout my time at University, I have developed my skills working as a part of a team and on my own initiative. During my degree, I successfully combined studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure.
