• Head of Department, responsible for all elements of curating calendar of 15-20 events each month, from constructing strategy and format, to sourcing and managing talent, partnerships and content, to creating food and beverage packages within budget. The events programme itself represented a standalone benefit, and return on investment, through the learning platforms and networking opportunities, for members to join the club.
• Identifying, creating and managing strategic partnership opportunities and suppliers to deliver a series of on-brand events, within budget, leveraging partnerships and network to feed into content for other outlets such as website, and monthly newspaper.
• Creating relationships with global brands, managing individuals ranging from company founders to marketing directors.
• Writing copy for both the website, and monthly newspaper, to market the events, and other aspects of the club.
• Engaging with proactively sourced channels to market the club to their networks of high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and business leaders through event marketing and extending tailored offers.
• Driving and implementing the initial sales strategy and process for membership acquisition, which included input on the creation of a new website and application platform.
• Reaching out and working with established networks and partners in luxury, lifestyle, travel and sport sectors to drive sales of memberships, event spaces, and bedrooms.
