About me
With prior experience in creating and facilitating a weekly programme of activities and events for a grassroots learning disability charity in London, I have a wide range of skills associated with coordinating and implementing creative responses to address social exclusion and promote wellbeing for service users who face barriers to access. Currently, I work as a National Programs Coordinator for an education charity, that delivers education competitions nationally and internationally.
Passionate about widening participation, I have successfully collaborated with external organisation's such as UCLH as well as Access all Areas Theatre Company to deliver free events for service users and expand their opportunity of access.
I enjoy working directly with people of all backgrounds and most importantly, working in a person centred way, in order to get to know each individual's interests and helping them find a way to express this, free from restriction. I am energetic, a team player and as well, with an academic background in Politics and International Relations have an enhanced awareness of issues relating to equality and diversity.
