Applying specialist product knowledge on core products and best sellers, Maintaining the highest standards of Visual Merchandising in accordance to strict VM guidelines, proactively training new employees on Men's RTW collection, also actively attending weekly in-store staff training sessions in regard to Burberry service and productivity, striving to increase UPT, KPI's, AUR's on a weekly basis, writing in-store reports, processing payments of various kinds (i.e. Union Pay, AMEX) as well as using iPad as a tool to increase profit and show the latest runway collections/campaigns via live stream on Burberry’s World Store. Using clienteling as a means to capture new or existing customer data, using specialised apps in accordance with Burberry (i.e. SAP, RFID technology, Customer 1-2-1.)
