  • As part of the broader Talent Acquisition team my role involves liaising with the leadership teams in Marketing, Comms, Digital & Product Creation areas and drive the strategic recruitment in fast paced creative areas at the hear of the organisation, tracking, attracting and driving the selection process to support the on-going hiring needs of the business. Main Responsibilities: • Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey • Effectively source and match candidates to positions • Ensuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATS • Ensure all roles are advertised in the most appropriate way to attract candidates • Utilization of sourcing tools – direct application, proactive search and platforms, such as LinkedIn and specific/area related Job Boards etc • Partner with Colleges and Course Leaders to identify new Talent and alumni • Develop a talent pool of candidates and track the Marketing & Product Talent marketplace • Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited • Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events • Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates across Creative teams
