As part of the broader Talent Acquisition team my role involves liaising with the leadership teams in Marketing, Comms, Digital & Product Creation areas and drive the strategic recruitment in fast paced creative areas at the hear of the organisation, tracking, attracting and driving the selection process to support the on-going hiring needs of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey
• Effectively source and match candidates to positions
• Ensuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATS
