Project Manager under the Future Networks programme.
Project manager for 5G Smart Tourism (£250K+) and 5G Manufacturing Group (£75K), matrix managed over 10 team members across 5 disciplines (shared resources). Successfully dealt with complex relationships between more than 20 partners in one of the projects, as varied as government, academia, corporates and start ups.
During the delivery of the projects:
- Project Planning - Creation, validation and update of 2nd level plans, risk registers and action logs
- Resourcing both cost and personnel time, identifying deviations on spend, forecasting and updating to keep the projects on track
- Reporting to senior stakeholders (internal and external) on a regular basis
- Leading weekly project updates, reviewing progress, prioritising and assigning tasks
- Managing and overseeing deliverables such as reports, roundtables, workshops and interviews
- Contract scoping for an external consultant, liaising with commercial, legal and procurement teams

Joined as a Communications Engineer (Rail)
Designed the Public Announcement - Voice Alarm for two new High Speed 2 stations (RIBA 2). Contributed to the creation of the Telecommunications Strategy for one of them, gathering sub-disciplines contributions and collating them into a unified document.
Helped with a bid (£100K) for the Public Announcement - Voice Alarm in a new commercial development. Liaising with various teams to forecast their effort, deliverables and assess success rate of the bid.
