    Roles and responsibilities  Manage europcar.co.uk, m.europcar.co.uk and iPhone, iPad and Android app for the UK – maintenance, updating, A/B testing and working to create new developments to improve the customer UX and increase CVR  Manage Europcar’s CMS (Jahia + DRM), manage site configuration and maximise opportunities  Work closely with the pricing and RCM teams and the content manager to create pages depending on the business needs for the sites to meet UK requirements  Part of global projects, such as developing a mobile responsive site, which requires daily site managers input  Daily use of CRM, analyzing consumer feedback and then taking actions to improve their experience  Forward planning of promotions and coordinating with various internal stakeholders, whilst being very flexible and ready to stir the business in a new direction depending on the changing market and business needs  Liaise with stakeholders in the company to promote other products and ensure the promotion plan is followed  Website analytics -providing daily and weekly reporting, and ad-hoc reporting requirements  Working with external social media agency on ongoing projects throughout the year and managing the budget  Working with PPC external agency and actively follow the reporting and take actions where needed to amend CoS and reach targets and forecast  Newsletter management – working with Marketing Cloud. Planning and briefing weekly emails to the database with relevant and timely messages and promotions in order to retain loyalty and increase CVR  Reporting to the senior management team on current eCommerce topics, challenges and future plans  Co-marketing and partnerships – working closely with the Partnerships Manager and directly with partners on social media campaigns, promotional pages on website and newsletters.
