    Marcomms ● Implementing marketing plans across all Clubs to drive Members engagement and brand awareness. ● Developing online and offline marketing materials, ensuring all digital and printed collateral is sampled, signed off, and delivered within schedule. ● Working with graphic designers to ensure all content meets specifications, is delivered to schedule and approved by the Creative Director and Head of Marketing. ● Implement strategies and tracking the progress of digital campaigns by completing weekly and monthly reporting, as well as marketing wrap reports for key activations throughout the year, to show performance on initiatives. ● Collaborating with on-site teams and other departments to produce in-depth reports to enhance campaigns. ● Keeping the onsite team informed with campaign objectives, plans and activations to ensure all are aware of upcoming projects and plans. Partnerships ● Creating detailed proposals for a number of high-end global brands for partnerships such as Dom Pérignon, Casamigos, The Lost Explorer and Absolut Elyx. ● Coordinating and supporting photoshoots for promotional digital campaigns with sponsors. ● Ensuring all invoices are processed to correct departments and tracked accordingly in the budget tracker.
