Assistant Managereveryman cinemas
Barnet, United KingdomFull Time
I have been Assistant Manager for the Barnet branch for the Everyman company for fifteen months. This position has allowed me to develop many qualities and especially my adaptability. I am able to lead an important team and organise a shift on a long period by privileging the team cohesion and the well-being of the customers. I have a solid knowledge of the projection methods and the logistical constraints involved in maintaining a cinema.
Working for this company also allows me to develop solid knowledge in terms of programming, advertising and promotions. This managerial experience taught me to work quickly in a stressful environment and to bounce back. This work has been the best way to learn how to adapt myself to any type of situation and to know how to manage the main obstacles and jolts, whether human, technical or material. This work also allowed me to keep abreast of film news and releases while trying to incorporate a more diverse selection into the company’s program. It allowed me to follow the monthly releases and to develop an important and interesting contact with the clientele and the team around cinema.
