After moving from Italy to the UK in 2014 I was employed by Unilever, London in a position of Global Financial Analyst and Management.
Later on was working for Petroplan in Guildford as Commercial Accountant on a contract basis and I was at Cochlear in Weybridge as Business Financial Analyst, I was at SKY in Osterley as Sport and Cinema Forecasting Manager and in Unilever in Leatherhead as a Payroll Financial Analyst.
My last position (Temporary Contract) in Mattel as a Financial Analyst (Brand Finance) EMEA.
I have a strong experience to create financial instruments for the brand planning process to capture the results for decision making, as well as outlining financially the best way to arrive to the target. I am used to provide management with financial clarifications and forecast/expenditures control on regular basis, as well as to perform periodical monitoring the Actual vs. Budget and give feedback.

To ensure all payroll costs across the entire UK Geography are properly booked (done by ETS) which consists of a payroll of 7000 employees, across factories and sites, R&D and IT centres, 2 corporate centres and local operating company.
Maintenance and application of key controls throughout the process of payroll (Financial Control Framework), involving the third-party payroll provider, SAP System, Payroll team and people management system (Workday).
Maintenance of control accounts –ensures end-to-end overview: right accounting and financial control of the process.
Ensures the payroll items are booked as per SCOA (Standard Chart of Accounts) principles in the right definition.
Ensures payments to HMRC are paid and booked appropriately as part of the monthly payroll process
Forecast and actuals control for the operating company structure, understanding variance of people movements, salary inflation and any other changes that may affect payroll costs (Apprenticeship Levy, NI changes).
