As Store Manager, I run a 20000 sq ft store, managing a 4 Million € Turnover, leading a team of about 30 people. Main tasks: - taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store and its performance, working towards KPI’s, analyzing sales figures and maximizing results. - working alongside the store team, prioritizing targets, delegating tasks and follow up results, promoting sharing culture - being responsible for the financial management: Budget, Turnover, Margin, Profit and Loss - managing controllable costs, including Labour, Personnel, Security and Stockroom service costs - organizing commercial calendar, managing stock levels, orders, inventory check, employee shift schedule and administrative and hr processes - creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies, guaranteeing a well-merchandised store and an engaging commercial space - guaranteeing weekly Floor Walks with Department Managers, making commercial decisions and establishing priorities - holding regular training meeting and performance reviews, developing a feedback culture at every level - being an Ambassador and fostering passion for providing high quality customer service
