New Business Executive
• Hired as a New Business Executive for a global advertising agency network (14 offices), supporting senior business
leaders including, EVP Global Business Development, MD, ECD and CEO level at any given time
• Collating research to produce marketing strategies to promote gyro brand and help generate new business leads online,
via cold call, setting up chemistry meetings & marketing collateral (eNewsletters) for prospective clients & intermediaries
• Responsible for the flow and organisation of new business information (budgets/ presentations/ new leads)
between management teams/ stakeholders across the network while remaining personable at all times in order to assist any given task
• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with gyro London reputation/ branding with digital management (company website, social media, online profiles) and relationships with consultants/ PR agencies
• Coordinating global pitch processes, various projects simultaneously or complex RFI/RFP documents, often to tight deadlines
• Created and maintained a database/ online library of all the important documents, presentations, video files
and other crucial documents to be available to colleagues across the network for immediate needs
