• Working with Collective’s proprietary technologies and partners to develop highly engaging, award winning, cross device, rich media solutions for brand advertisers. • Building a UK Creative Solutions team, developing processes, products and pricing. • Running rich media/tech platform RFP review process. • Scaling the rich media business successfully year on year from around 100 builds in 2012 to over 800 in 2017. • Winning Awards: IPA Media Owner Awards - Best Media Owner & Best at Innovation 2017, Best Online Campaign 2016, Best at Innovation 2015 & 2016. DRUM Awards - Best use of Creativity 2015 & 2016, Best Branding Campaign 2016.
• Developing inspiring creative ideas, execution and leadership that established AOL as a leader in innovative creative solutions in the UK market, rising to No.1 in the IPA survey as of early 2012. • Developing and launching the new IAB Rising Stars format, the IAB Portrait, in the UK with Marks & Spencer as partner. • Launching Huffington Post Brand Pages in the UK with an innovative campaign for Inspired by Iceland. • Launching the interactive AOL Email Sign-in page product, allowing full screen flash animation, video and interaction, seeing engagement rates as high as 18%.
