I am a Music Industry Executive with over 11 years’ experience. In my role as Director of an Artist Management company, I have led teams across all facets of the business covering areas including operations, production, touring, finance, legal and marketing.     • Sole responsibility for International Recording Artist Craig David’s ‘resurgence’ to success including; o A sold out 18 date UK arena tour, controlling a multi-million-pound budget and supervising a travel party of over 50 people, ensuring a profit was made o A number 1 album campaign including 4 top 10 singles – leading a team of people to ensure the effective production, marketing and promotion of the record o Growing the Artist’s DJ brand, taking his live performance capacities from 350 to 5000 in the space of 2 years, including a ground-breaking Ibiza residency Additional responsibilities include: • The effective operational running of the company and the companies of the artists we manage • Exploring new avenues of revenue for the company and its artists. • Reporting directly to the Founder, I have full responsibility of the day to day running of the business • Supervising a close-knit team of managers, from initial employment to training them in their roles in order to ensure all responsibilities are carried out efficiently, while creating a safe and happy working environment for employees to flourish • Dealing with executives at all levels in the entertainment industries to ensure clear lines of communication between the company and other organisations; discussing mutually beneficial opportunities • Negotiating and contracting branding opportunities for all Artists, including several multi-million-pound deals with corporations at the highest level This role has taken me across the world, negotiating and contracting deals for Artists from America to Asia, with a particularly concentrated amount of time in China. It has allowed me to work in-depth across a number of different areas; including recording, television, content creation, live performance and music publishing, gaining an extremely well-rounded perspective across the entire entertainment industry.
