Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing, finance & retail operations at Pro:Direct Sport’s global flagship store in London
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the sporting goods marketplace, consumer and trends. Maintain an up to date knowledge of apparel, replica, footwear and equipment releases across numerous brands and sports
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, internal partners and influencers to drive insights and collaboration
- Build relationships and develop strong lines of communication between Brand, Marketing and Retail teams to support the growth of the store
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events, and assist in creating marketing strategies to launch exclusive product within the store
- Accurately log and report sales figures to the Business Unit, and analyse sales trends to inform buying and allocation decisions
- Responsible for stock management within the store, including reporting all apparel, footwear and equipment sales, conducting regular stock takes, and organising replenishment
Skills demonstrated:
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyse sales figures, and generate ideas to achieve financial KPI targets, including an £8k increase in sales during my first three months in the role
- Able to organise and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines, and balance multiple product launches, brand activations and events as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
- Successfully managed staff, store operations and store environment to achieve KPIs including increased customer satisfaction, engagement and monetisation
Retail SpecialistPro:Direct Sport

- Collaborate with brands and influencers to support new campaigns, product launches and events, helping Pro:Direct Soccer to continue to be a trend-setter in the industry
- Ensure in-store visual merchandising displays footwear and apparel effectively, and store layout is optimised to increase footfall and sales
- Drive Pro:Direct brand objectives and activations for London
Responsible for promoting the Pro:Direct brand, and turning visitors into loyal customers via excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Generate innovative content and manage the store social media accounts including Instagram and Twitter, for an audience of over 400k followers
- Show commercial awareness to identify market trends within the sports industry, including best-selling footwear, apparel and equipment
