  Changing the way police deal with offenders on the streetThe Met Police have developed a new way of potentially charging criminals on the street - without having to take them to custody - if the new device gets greenlighted it could transform the way the force works. It's the second piece of kit that they have produced that helps them fight crime more efficiently, while saving money.
