An end-to-end bid management and support role for the firm’s security division. Working with the business development director to manage, write and design large-scale bid responses for a varied client base in the security sector. Additionally, managing the security input for large scale, total facilities management alongside the wider bids team.
Activities:
Management of the security division’s bid process, from kick-off through to presentation and post-submission.
Creation and design of a diverse range of bid responses. Use of InDesign and Illustrator to update and improve existing bid templates and materials.
Overall responsibility for the security input into international public and private opportunities, alongside the firm’s total facilities management bid function.
Responsibility for the recording of bids win-loss and debrief information on the firm CRM.
