Producer & Creative Project Manager across numerous concurrent commercial projects across 3D and live action, photography and video, for a variety of large international brands (Lenovo, Dell, Panasonic, Technics). Taking them from briefing to delivery, under tight deadlines.
Applying knowledge of creative processes, brands and audiences, as well as outside of the box thinking, to solve problems at every stage and own projects.
Working with stakeholders at all levels to manage both internal and external aspects of projects.
Building and maintaining client relationships. Pitching and getting clients on-side, working with them to develop ideas, as well as constructively pushing back and managing expectations when required.
Team management, including: briefing, guidance on projects, managing freelance artists and giving creative feedback on work before it's full creative reviews.
Sourcing external freelancers and contractors, and negotiating quotes.
Producing high budget live video projects - taken from pre, to on-set to post production.
Managing budgets, invoices & SOWs
Reviewing all deliverables against both client requirements and my own judgement in order to ensure our vision matches client needs and is of the best quality.

Project management and hands-on experience of a complete digital brand overhaul for the business.
Overhauling brand e-commerce platform, digital copy and brand identity, visual style (including managing studio output) and online marketing strategy.
Managing the work and timescales of a variety of team members - liaising between both internal members and external freelancers (including researchers, web developers, copywriters, graphic designers).
Managing multiple priorities at once, acting as a conduit between team members to deliver to a timeline. Juggling these plates with diverse hands-on creation requirements.
Redeveloping the brand copy and communications. Developing a new brand voice, including creating a content style guide, and creating a new visual identity. Editing, proofing and managing via custom Wordpress CMS all content for the site (including product pages, web page copy and articles, all created with SEO in mind).
Responsible for new digital marketing strategy including paid promotional campaigns and social media strategy and content, using influencers to further develop the audience.
