Tasks and initiatives: responsible for the creative direction of the LHH business in the UK and Ireland • working closely with people at all levels from within and outside the organisation to solve business problems through design • designing print-ready artworks and online materials • filming and producing video cards for the sales teams • making sure that all the company’s materials are following the brand guidelines • enhancing social media engagement by creating short videos and GIFs • being the main point of contact for creative support and printing • occasionally designing materials for other offices in different countries

    I was lucky enough to start working for the club in the season where Watford got promoted to the Premier League, which meant a lot more budget and creative opportunities. Tasks and initiatives: managing weekly retail meetings and communicating the outcome to all departments • creating matchday & non-matchday graphics and animations (big screens, LED advertising boards, social media and print) • creating POS & OOH design • planning and organising photo shoots for the senior squad • managing the club’s photography studio and shooting & editing the product imagery for the online store • shooting matchday behind the scenes photography • industry and competitive research activities • answering and filtering marketing calls • working closely with the events manager to assist in planning and delivering various events • graphics & photography (including the matchday programme) for Watford Ladies FC
