Performed for the company as "The Mad Hatter" in RHS Wisley's "Adventures in Wonderland" based around the tale of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
Customer Service in River Island means being aware of customers at all times and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service every time they visit one of our stores. The key service areas I approached in store were Footwear, Formalwear, Cash Desk, Fitting Rooms and Visuals. I also focused on working in Operations (the Stock Room where I ensured everything was correctly stored away and ensured that products were consistently put on the shop floor) and Cashing Up/In and Closing and Opening the store. Throughout my time here, I was also given small managerial roles (Controlling the shop floor when a Manager could not be present)
As part of Degree at Rose Bruford, there was a period of study at another Drama School in Murcia, Spain. Study focused on performance skills and training.

Received A-Levels. A in Fine Art and Design / B in both Drama and Theatre Studies and Film Studies
