      • I was the Creative Lead on a new multi-platform channel called Perk, focused on young entrepreneurs, artists, actors and people in the workplace who love their jobs. In this role I lead a creative team in developing concepts, pitching and writing formats, directing shoots and managing post-production. Across the videos I wrote and directed we gained over 1.2 Million views in the space of 1 month. ● I developed the concepts and wrote scripts for various multi-platform digital shows including a weekly mini-documentary series, talk show and scripted reality series. Similarly, I wrote and produced daily viral online videos for Facebook. ● I managed a creative team of 5 to produce regular, funny, gen-z and millennial-focused content for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. ● I hosted multiple screen tests and casting for both documentary, scripted and talk show talent. ● I closely managed all aspects of the production process including post-production edits, colour grading and scoring. ● I lead talks with potential brand partners and sponsors for future branded content series. ● I designed the set of a monthly talk show with celebrity guests and forward-thinking young entrepreneurs. ● I would regularly manage talent and keep open lines of communication with our actors and guests.

      • I was brought in by Left Productions as Producer and Head of their new business team in the UK, bringing in and creating exciting projects within this region. During my time at Left I produced and wrote adverts and branded content for high profile clients including Net-a-Porter, Revolut, Farmdrop, Ottspott HEC Paris, amongst others. Similarly, I wrote and pitched various series to distributors including one that is currently being brought into production by Endemol Shine. ● I built strong relationships with and regularly pitched to world leading advertising agencies as well as a wide range of major record labels, video commissioner's, reps, studios and global advertisers. Similarly, I maintained and nurtured the longstanding relationships with established clients. ● I regularly came up with creative concepts, pitched them to clients and then wrote the scripts for production. Furthermore, I edited and contributed to the work of our external writers and directors. ● I took a diligent approach to keep channels of communication open constantly with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. ● I regularly attended networking events and new director showcases to find the best talent and build mind catching spec reels to promote to clients. ● I was responsible for leading on pitches at reel meetings, as well as the timely delivery of treatments from directors. As well as pitching TV series to production partners and distributors. ● A key part of my production work was budget creation and management, much of the time under tight time constraints. I organised and hosted the casting actors and talent for roles in various international shoots as well as the scouting of the ideal locations. ● Experience in overseeing the shoots, working with small to larger sized teams in both the UK and overseas. Managing the animation and post-production at the end of the project lifecycle.
