Hokodo is is a fintech startup that aims to make financing and insurance available to the many SMEs left behind by today’s financial services industry. Design A large part of my role involved the creation of the company's design assets. This included editing and designing elements for social media, blogposts, google slides and newsletter emails using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canvas. In addition, I was working closely with the web developer of the company, providing the creative brief for improving the website and creating new landing pages. Social Media I was responsible for managing the Twitter and LinkedIn profiles of the company, creating the content for our posts, as well as engaging with and growing our audience. Since May 19, the company saw significant growth in its audience by 27% onTwitter and 30% on Linkedin. Email Marketing Creating and designing the newsletters and invitations for a variety of company events using MailChimp. Additionally, I have worked on a number of ad-hoc projects, including: - CRM: Organising and segmenting our data in Pipedrive. - Competitor analysis: Conducting competitor research and making recommendations. - Lead generation: Working on the lead generation strategy.
