About me
A highly regarded, effective and energetic senior leader with significant strategic, customer and commercial product experience. Having worked in the public, private and third sectors, I’m a firm believer in the power of doing well by doing good and driven by a desire to make a difference.
After spending 9 years at TalkTalk, a FTSE 250 company, holding a range of Director-level roles across digital, customer loyalty, communications and operations, I decided to change direction to work in the ‘for good / purpose-driven sector two years ago.
Currently I’m setting up a tech-for-good social enterprise in the leisure and entertainment space (more coming soon!) and freelance consulting alongside. Recent client projects include business development for a jewellery company supporting people experiencing homelessness and in healthtech in the NHS.
I am really passionate about how companies ensure there is a diverse and representative customer voice at the heart of their organisation, and how a ‘for-good’ mission can be combined with commercial objectives.
My core values are compassion, integrity and authenticity. I recently finished a 7-year term as Trustee of charity Young Women’s Trust, which supports disadvantaged young women trapped in low or no pay.
I spend a lot of time mentoring younger female talent as well as volunteering locally and abroad, most recently for The Felix Project, who tackle food poverty in London.
Outside of ‘work’, my interests are eclectic and I love finding new things to try. I’m a qualified Reiki practitioner, love sober raving and have an obscene number of physical books.
