About me
I am a Visitor Experience Team Leader, with 10 years of experience in Team Coordination, Customer Service and Events, including 2 years in an award-winning Museum. I am currently looking for new challenges in Events or Cultural Organisations. Having managed and been a part of several customer-facing teams, I have a flexible approach to leadership and communication.
