About me
I am a Visitor Experience Team Leader, with 10 years of experience in Team Coordination, Customer Service and Events, including 2 years in an award-winning Museum. I am currently looking for new challenges in Events or Cultural Organisations.
Having managed and been a part of several customer-facing teams, I have a flexible approach to leadership and communication. As Team Leader, I focus on discovering my team’s skills and passions, and continually work with them to make those meaningful to our customers, helping them create a positive and lasting experience.
