Alexandra Mavrofridi is a visual artist and art director specialising in fine art, fashion photography, mixed media, post-production and video art.
She holds a BA in Photography & Visual Arts at the University of West Attica in Athens and she recently completed her Master's degree in Studio Photography at Spéos Photography School in Paris.
She has participated in multiple exhibitions in Athens, London, Rome, Milan, Paris, Hainan Province, Amsterdam and she has been awarded as a FRESH EYES Talent in 2022 and 2023. On 2024 she won the Young Photographer Award in the 60th International Photo Fair in Bièvres.
Press and publications include Bad to the Bone Magazine, Discarded Magazine, F-Stop Magazine, FRESH EYES, Vanguard Magazine and Nasty Magazine.
Exhibitions include Haute Photographie Amsterdam, Unseen Amsterdam Photography Fair, Athens Digital Arts Festival, Ocean Flower Island Museum Hainan Province China, Art Number 23 Gallery Athens, Millepiani Rome, Signature Art Prize by Somerset House London and ArtWall Athens.
