I’m an extremely positive-minded, post-modern and Creative Graduate. I am currently looking for full-time work that will allow my creative intelligence to flourish. I am interested in a full-time job as I have recently completed my final year studying Photography (Ba Hons) at Anglia Ruskin University. I’m willing to begin working as soon as possible and would be available to work any time throughout the week. I am a serious, eager and determined individual, enthusiastic to gain as much experience throughout different working fields as possible. Throughout my previous employment, I have developed my communication skills and I feel comfortable in dealing with and building a rapport with people of all ages. I can also speak Russian fluently. I am able to work well within a team, or independently and I am comfortable in both of these roles. Working on my degree has helped me to become very organised and I am able to plan and prioritise completion of my work assignments. My previous experience in an office where I was responsible for answering the phones and speaking to clients enabled me to develop an excellent telephone manner as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Within my workplace I always keep a calm head in high pressured situations and maintain professionalism throughout.

Clearing assistant role during summer for clearing at my university.
In this role I had a range of different responsibilities including:
• Using computers including spreadsheets, university programmes working with students’ information, sending emails and keeping up to date with applicants.
• Answering telephones and processing applications, handling their information and inputting into university databases.
• Taking and transferring calls to appropriate departments. Answering any questions they may have and providing information about courses.
• Greet visitors and providing tours of the university and residences.
• Provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors.

• Taking orders from patrons for food and drinks.
• Handling high pressure situations with intoxicated customers deescalating situations on my own.
• Checking patrons’ identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for the consumption of alcohol.
• Cash handling payments from customers.
• Clean tables and counters after patrons have finished drinking, including collecting and cleaning glasses, utensils and bar equipment. As well as closing the bar, making sure everything has been cleaned including work areas, bar and tables.
• Preparing hot, cold and mixed drinks.
• Stocking the bar with beer, wine and alcohol and supplies such as ice and glassware.
