    Relaunching Trafalgar Travel's Blog - 'The Good Life'Rebrand and restructure of Trafalgar Travel's global blog in 2018. On behalf of Trafalgar Travel, we recommended a rebranding of the existing blog 'The Column' to be more in line with the brand direction and slogan 'The Good Life'. Collaborating with the Creative Director and Digital Designers, we created a new blog template and style guide. In the backend, we also restructured the blog in Wordpress, reviewing the categorisation and tagging of content and running a full SEO content audit.

    Reporting into the Head of Content & Digital PR, I am responsible for overseeing a team of four mid-weight copywriters to develop and execute content for Greenlight Digital's portfolio of clients. As a senior member of the department, my primary tasks include managing resources and budgets, quoting and upselling, approving proposals and Statements of Work, analysing time reports, facilitating training and development, conducting appraisals and setting objectives for my direct reports. Working with strategists, I help to identify and create SEO-led content opportunities for new and existing clients, often presenting concepts in client-facing pitches. Drawing on my experience as an accomplished copywriter, I am also responsible for proofing, editing and approving all written work to ensure successful results – including onsite copy, data-driven campaigns, blog, outreach, and digital PR.     I joined the team at BS&T Digital Ltd as the Digital Content Specialist to work solely for the world's leading guided touring company, Trafalgar and its sister brand, Costsaver. In this role, I was responsible for assisting with the development of Trafalgar’s global content strategy with a focus on all facets of digital content. I produced all written and visual content across a range of owned channels (primarily website, blog, CRM, email and social, as well as digital PR outreach) while also producing the brand guidelines for both Trafalgar and Costsaver. Working beside the CMO, Head of Digital Marketing and Content Director, I ensured the visual identity of Trafalgar's digital properties was of the highest standard and always in line with Trafalgar's global content guidelines. Throughout my tenure, I also managed major digital content projects and maintained a roadmap of scheduled content updates to ensure relevance and impact. Testing placement and types of content across the site to determine and implement best-performing solutions was a regular undertaking, whilst also spearheading regular content reviews to establish opportunities for improvement. Working closely with the Content Editors and regional marketing teams, I supported their local programmes and initiatives through the creation of attractive and engaging landing pages, as well as producing new, interesting and appealing ideas for content across all digital channels.
