About me

I am a mixed media artist/ Illustrator based in South East London, graduated from the University of East London in 2021. I currently specialise in digital art (including portraits), embroidery & punch needle art; also dabbled in lino printing as well. I have a keen interest in Afro-futuristic and ethereal aesthetics and breath-taking otherworldly landscapes. The awareness in the promotion of Black and ethnic minorities in art is important to me; therefore, I would incorporate this in my work. Colour and vibrancy are the main components in my work, it is enjoyable to experiment with colour themes.   Digital PortraitsDigital portraits of people that I know. It was fun to do because I had free reign over how to create each portrait. These portraits were done on the Sketchbook app on the iPad mini

  Penguin Book Cover Competition 2021Fiction book cover competition. I incorporated handmade embroidery designs inspired by Southern Asian wedding dresses. I really enjoyed joining embroidery and digital art together.
