I am a writer.
That is one of the things I am good at. I love to tell stories and I know people love a story well told. Well written narratives communicate memorable moments in life.
I have been writing for more than 30 years now. I wrote to communicate brand visions, strategies, adverts, contents for digital or training, articles, short stories, and a novel.
It was this passion for telling stories that turned me into an Executive Creative Director in two of the major Advertising Agencies and the one which helped me start my own company as a Communications Strategist in 2005.
I also call myself Founder & Believer of Merc'art, a dream that came true in 2016, a project related to art and its democratization. Merc'art is now 4 editions-old and has gathered more than 100 artists. My aim is to spread the word of art as a human right, hence our motto, Democr'art.
Other than that, I have two sons whom I consider my best creations, my mother is Spanish, my father is Portuguese, my great grandmother was from India, my siblings were born in Angola, and my relatives are all over the world. But that's a totally different story, one I’d rather tell in front of a glass of Portuguese red wine.
