Collating these tickets with Excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders, and sending them out for Print At Home with Excel Macros.
Liaising with internal departments on their individual requirements for each show and prioritise the print load during busy periods.
Daily monitoring of ticket requirements via shared folders and maintenance of record keeping relating to all ticket printing, including logging of ticket numbers, ticket stock used, dates orders are requested, printed and sent out.
Creating pass sheets of the different wristbands and laminates for each show/festival to show which areas they grant entry to.
Secure distribution of tickets and logging of deliveries.
Assisting in post show auditing of passes and recording quantities.
Producing certain passes in house, working the guest list and assisting with artist guest list.
