  • I work closely with the partners on a strategic level, and also with the creative team on a daily basis. I am experienced in advertising targeted at both B2C and B2B audiences, as well as rolling out campaigns from targeted regional level to full-scale global campaigns. The key communication channels I have experience in are: press, display advertising, digital (predominantly landing page and email), out of home, digital out of home, broadcast, and events. Main responsibilities include: • Managing campaign/project development from brief taking, through to final execution across a number of clients. This process requires the application of strategic thinking to deliver high quality and on-brief solutions and creative work on a managed timings schedule. • Pro-actively contributing to agency approach to project process and workflow tools, in order to maximise agency efficiencies and to ensure efficient project management for the team. • Exercise commercial awareness to seek and capitalise on revenue opportunities through both new and existing business channels. • Leading a team of 2 account executives; workload management, time management, training, and motivation of the team members.
