Founding member of Incyte Ativism, joined the Ativism group to create a POS focused business unit to extend the group's design portfolio/service offer. Responsible for setting up one of the initial creative teams within the studio, to carry out and develop solutions to attract the consumers while they are in the store, from promotional campaigns, displays and packaging to store layouts.
Supported Incyte Ativism to achieve and become one of the most awarded companies of the POPAI Awards in Portugal (56 awards in total, in just 2 editions). Responsible for mentoring, nurturing and supporting the creative team and overseeing the quality of the creative output - as well as the upbringing of new talent.
